Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Reschedule Policy 1. Introduction This policy outlines the guidelines for cancellations and rescheduling of our program & service. Our aim is to provide a clear understanding of the expectations and consequences related to changes in bookings, ensuring that our resources are used efficiently to serve our community. 2. Cancellation Policy Cancellation Notice: Participants are required to notify us at least 48 hours in advance if they wish to cancel their participation in the program/service. Cancellations made within this period will not incur any penalties. Late Cancellation: If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the program/service, it will be considered a late cancellation. We encourage participants to avoid late cancellations to allow others the opportunity to participate. No-Show Policy: Participants who do not attend the program/service without prior notification will be considered as a "No-Show". Repeated no-shows may result in limited access to future programs/services. 3. Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling Notice: Participants may request to reschedule their participation at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability. Limited Rescheduling: Participants are allowed to reschedule their participation up to 2 times. Any further rescheduling requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may result in additional fees or limitations. Emergency Rescheduling: In case of emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible. We will consider emergency rescheduling requests with appropriate documentation on a case-by-case basis. 4. Communication All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be communicated via Phone, Email or online platform. Ensure that you receive a confirmation from us to validate your request. 5. Exceptions We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please contact us directly if you believe you have a valid reason for not being able to adhere to this policy.
